		The Cook a Book project is an innovative approach to book publishing. We want to give everybody a chance to be part of a unique cookbook.
Cookbooks are special, but Cook a Book is unique. It celebrates our passion for cooking by bringing together treasured family recipes, interesting twists on traditional dishes or fresh innovative tastes. We create a book from our member's submissions, as voted by you, our community.Be a part of the best recipe collection by submitting an original recipe today. There are four ways to get your recipe in the book: First is our weekly vote: every week, three recipes are chosen and voted by our members. At the end of each week, the recipe with the highest number of votes secures a spot in our book. Members have to be logged in to vote and can vote only one of the recipes every week. Second are our contests: as suggested by our members, we have periodic contest with different themes (such as traditional cooking or cheesecake extravaganzas) will see the winners featured in our book. Third is or rating system: the highest rating and most popular recipes on our site will have a well deserved place in our book. Last but not least are our editor's picks. Cook a Book staff will handpick some of our favourites to be featured in the book.
