ingredients

400g cream
250g milk, warm
5 egg yolks
2 cups sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar

method

Whip together the eggs and sugar.
Stir in the warm milk.
Place this mixture in a sauce pan on low heat and stir continuously till the mixture thickens.
Remove the sauce pan from the heat and place it in a container with cold water. Mix from time to time.
Place the mixture in the fridge to cool.

Whip the cream.
Remove the egg-sugar-milk mixture from the fridge and gradually fold in the cream.

You may stir in some strawberries if you like.
Frieze for at least 4 hours.
